Insurance Claim Service: We will report and monitor any claims required by your property insurance carrier and schedule and meet adjustors on your behalf.
Deliveries: We accept any mail/packages on your behalf at our office and will deliver them to your home when performing weekly checks.
Copying and faxing services: We offer faxing and copying services to our homeowners at our office.
Email retrieval service: Our homeowners are welcome to come into our office to retrieve their web-based email during normal business hours.
Communication: We encourage communication between the management company and our homeowners via phone, fax, and email. We will respond within 1 business day.
Bill Pay: We will make the necessary arrangements to pay any bills on your property including utility, insurance, maintenance, and mortgage payments.
Accounting: Every homeowner will receive a monthly statement showing activities on their properties.
