An application is needed for each pet.  There will be a refundable pet deposit collected for each pet.  Most of our property owners accept pets in the leased property. Please note that many Home Owners Associations & Condominium Associations have pet restrictions, and some do not allow pets.  Please check with your Leasing Specialist for details.  Most breeds of dogs are acceptable.  Some dog breeds are not acceptable.  Be sure to review the Ineligible List of Dog Breeds that are not accepted.
