To whom it may concern,
 
I have been involved in real estate for a few years, and my purchase of a speculative condo in Cape Coral in April 2005 led me to and through a new experience with the southwest Florida real estate market.
 
Between the three management companies and a condo assoc that disbanded, I had an investment that went up in value by 30k in 1 year and now is down 50% of original purchase price.
  
The original real estate person which I bought the condo with stuck with me and went beyond her call of duty. Without charging me any fees she managed to rent the property, and checked up for me with some maintenance, I am a out of state investor.  After the renter left, I had the condo on the market to sell, and no one would be interested because after 6 months I came down to see the property and a internal pipe broke in the wall and flooded the condo, the management company knew about it shut off the main water to my condo and never let me or the real estate know about this.
  
Fast forward a few months and I had the entire condo refurbished, with new bathrooms, and painting, fencing   etc.  I chose to select your firm to handle the renting, and maintenance contract, which resulted in a good tenant now for almost 1 year.  I have monthly reports sent and every penny accounted for.  The price I am paying for the services go without saying as a major benefit of being a out of state investor. I am kept abreast of all situations including bees swarming, and refrigerators  being replaced.
 
This all would not be possible unless it was for the expertise of your staff member, Jeanette Meier.  She demonstrated an extreme tolerance for a difficult situation. Jeanette not only found a great tenant, but kept on top of everything when it came to options in maintenance and upkeep.
 
My 1 year tenant contract will be up in Sept and I am confident that Jeanette will either retain a excellent tenant with a rent increase and or find a new tenant that can maintain this investment property in this very bad owners/sellers market.
  
It is my recommendation that Jeanette gets compensated for being a major peg in the wheel of your corporation.
